Rita Swesey brings robust experience and many years of accounting experience to her role at Hyatt-Fennell Executive Search. Ms. Swesey unites a natural affinity for numbers with a proven work ethic. She has held accounting positions in a wide array of industries, from hospitality to retail, before joining the Hyatt-Fennell team as an Accounting Specialist in 2014. She attended the Community College of Beaver County and Penn State University where she majored in accounting. She approaches her work with curiosity and care. “You can learn from anyone, any day,” she shares. Ms. Swesey specializes in billing practices, travel expenses, profit and loss analysis, tax accounting, consulting, and real estate transactional support.
An avid animal lover, Ms. Swesey lives in Rochester, Pennsylvania where she is an integral part of her community through volunteer work. Deeply civic-minded, Ms. Swesey currently serves as President of the Rochester-Beaver Area Lions Club, assisting area needs with an emphasis on veterans, environmental issues, pediatric cancer, youth education, teen advocacy, diabetic issues, and support for the blind. She also serves as Senior Vice President for VFW Auxiliary Post 128 in Rochester and has an uncle that is still Missing in Action from the Vietnam war. His service inspired her to become involved with the Association of Vietnam Veterans of America #862, where she serves as treasurer.
