Summer internships are in full swing. For some young people, this will be their first foray into a professional role. Gen Z brings their own personality and priorities to the workplace. In a recent article in Fast Company, Terina Matthews-Davis outlines the values that Gen Z is looking for and how organizations can benefit from the strengths they offer. Gen Z is interested in how companies are reducing their carbon footprints and what their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives are. Be ready to share what your organization is doing to give back to the community and the planet.”
